Who we are
ArchOver’s Managing Director Charlotte Marsh, and COO Ian Anderson are responsible for setting and delivering policy and strategy across all areas of the business, as well as advising/supporting each department.
Charlotte joined ArchOver before the platform launched, as Head of Credit. She has been responsible for developing the credit culture at ArchOver, processes and teams as well as playing an active role across all aspects of the business. In 2020 she was appointed to the Board and became Managing Director.
Charlotte has worked in both listed and private businesses in senior financial roles, across broad spectrum of industries including technology, retail, e-commerce and fashion. She draws on this knowledge and her ‘hands on approach’ to steer ArchOver day-to-day. Charlotte has a broad experience in other areas of business, from legal to HR that allows her to benefit all aspects of the business.
Ian is co-founder Director of ArchOver and COO. Ian took the initial idea of matching lenders and borrowers, via a technology platform, and was instrumental in turning that idea into a process driven operational environment that is ArchOver today. Ian is active across all areas of the business, but has the specific responsibility as Head of Compliance, MLRP and Recovery.
Ian has founded, developed and sold several businesses in a range of sectors prior to ArchOver, including regulated equity research, digital and research marketing agencies and capital/strategic corporate advisory. As a result Ian brings a very broad range of skills sets to ArchOver that provides benefit to every department and, like Charlotte, believes in a hands-on-approach to get the best out of the teams and business.
Bill is Non-Executive Chairman of ArchOver and acts as the day-to-day link between ArchOver and its parent company Hampden.
ArchOver is a member of the Hampden Group. Hampden is a leading provider of financial and business support services and manages insurance assets and underwriting capacity in excess of £2bn. Hampden is both an investor in ArchOver (the company), and an active investor over the ArchOver platform, investing on the same terms as every other Lender.

Interest payments are not guaranteed, if the Borrower defaults we offer no assurances that capital can be recovered. Historic returns and loan default rates are not necessarily indicative of future returns and future default rates. ISA eligibility does not guarantee returns or protect you from losses.
